Buddy files Series

This  week we talked about ways to select books.  How do we find books that we are interested in reading? We started by watching the BrainpopJr. video called Choosing a Book (see link below).  One of the suggestions was to find another book in the same series. We talked about what a series is (books which share several similar traits, such as Author, Main Characters and Genre/Type of Book) and then read the first book in the The Buddy Files series, which is The Case of the  Lost Boy by Dori Hillestad Butler.
